اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ الْقَوْلَ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ أَحْسَنَهُ
Allahumma ij'alni minal-ladhina yastami'unal-qawla fa yattabi'una ahsanah
TRANSLATION
O Allah make me of those who listen to speech and follow the best of it

This dua asks Allah to make you one of the wise who choose the best response in every situation. Recite it to cultivate the habit of responding to provocation with wisdom not reaction.
