Bismillahi arqika min kulli shay'in yu'dhika min sharri kulli nafsin aw 'aynin hasidin Allahu yashfik
In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you from everything that harms you from the evil of every soul or envious eye Allah heals you

This is the authentic ruqyah the Prophet recited over the sick and afflicted. Recite it over yourself or a loved one believed to be affected by sihr placing your hand on the affected area.
