Qul a'udhu birabbin-nas malikin-nas ilahin-nas min sharril-waswasil-khannas
Say I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind the Sovereign of mankind the God of mankind from the evil of the retreating whisperer

The Prophet used to recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas every night before sleeping and after Fajr and Asr prayers. These two surahs together are the most complete protection from magic envy and evil.
