لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin
TRANSLATION
There is no god but You glory be to You indeed I have been of the wrongdoers

Prophet Yunus recited this from the depths of darkness inside the whale and Allah answered him immediately. Your depression is your whale. Recite this dua repeatedly knowing that Allah responded to Yunus and He will respond to you.
