بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُمَّ مِنْكَ وَإِلَيْكَ فَتَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي
Bismillahi wallahu akbar Allahumma minka wa ilayka fataqabbal minni

In the name of Allah and Allah is the Greatest O Allah this is from You and to You so accept it from me

Recite this when slaughtering the Udhiyyah animal on Eid Al-Adha. It combines the name of Allah His greatness acknowledgment that the animal is His provision and a request for its acceptance — the perfect sacrificial formula.
