اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ تَقَبَّلْتَ صِيَامَهُمْ وَقِيَامَهُمْ وَتَجَاوَزْتَ عَنْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ
Allahumma ij'alna mimman taqabbalta siyamahum wa qiyamahum wa tajawazta 'an sayyi'atihim
TRANSLATION
O Allah make us among those whose fasting and night prayers You have accepted and whose sins You have overlooked

Recite this dua in the final days of Ramadan and on Eid morning. It asks to be counted among the successful ones whose entire month of worship was accepted and whose sins were wiped clean.
