اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ لَكَ عَلَيَّ نِعَمًا كَثِيرَةً لَا أُحْصِيهَا أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تُتِمَّهَا عَلَيَّ
Allahumma inna laka 'alayya ni'aman kathiratan la uhsiha as'aluka an tutimmaha 'alayy
O Allah You have bestowed upon me countless blessings I cannot count them all I ask You to complete them upon me
