لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir
There is no god but Allah alone with no partner His is the dominion and to Him belongs all praise and He is over all things capable

The Prophet said the best dua is the dua of Arafah and the best thing said on Arafah is La ilaha illallah. Stand on Arafah or face Mecca on this day and fill the hours with this dhikr and your personal duas.
