اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي وَعَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي وَعَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي
Allahumma 'afini fi badani wa 'afini fi sam'i wa 'afini fi basari
TRANSLATION
O Allah grant me health in my body health in my hearing and health in my sight

The Prophet recited this every morning and evening. When you are in the hospital recite it with the deep understanding of what health means — having experienced its absence you now know its true value.
