اللَّهُمَّ غَارَتِ النُّجُومُ وَهَدَأَتِ الْعُيُونُ وَأَنْتَ حَيٌّ قَيُّومٌ
Allahumma gharat an-nujumu wa hada'at al-'uyunu wa anta hayyun qayyum
TRANSLATION
O Allah the stars have set the eyes have rested and You are Ever-Living and Sustaining

When you cannot sleep while the world rests around you address Allah who never sleeps. He is Al-Hayy Al-Qayyum — eternally awake and sustaining all existence. Your wakefulness can become communion with Him.
