اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ
Allahumma qini 'adhabaka yawma tab'athu 'ibadak
TRANSLATION
O Allah protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants

The Prophet recited this three times before sleeping. Connecting your sleep to the Day of Resurrection puts all worries in perspective. The only thing truly worth losing sleep over is preparation for that Day — everything else can wait.
