اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ هَذَا الْأَمْرُ شَرًّا لِي فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّي وَاصْرِفْنِي عَنْهُ
Allahumma in kana hadhal-amru sharran li fi dini wa ma'ashi wa 'aqibati amri fasrifhu 'anni wasrifni 'anh
O Allah if this matter is harmful for me in my religion my livelihood and the outcome of my affairs then turn it away from me and turn me away from it

This is the second part of the istikhara dua asking Allah to remove what is harmful. Before starting any business or accepting a job offer pray istikhara. Allah's answer comes through what unfolds — not necessarily through dreams.
