اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ إِيمَانًا لَا يَرْتَدُّ وَنَعِيمًا لَا يَنْفَدُ وَمُرَافَقَةَ نَبِيِّكَ مُحَمَّدٍ فِي أَعْلَى جَنَّةِ الْخُلْدِ
Allahumma inni as'aluka imanan la yartaddu wa na'iman la yanfadu wa murarafaqata nabiyyika Muhammadin fi a'la jannnatil-khuld
TRANSLATION
O Allah I ask You for faith that does not waver and bliss that does not end and the companionship of Your Prophet Muhammad in the highest level of eternal Paradise

Recite this after completing wudu to ask for the ultimate reward of those who maintain their purification. The Prophet said wudu upon wudu is a light upon light.
