اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ التَّوَّابِينَ وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ
Allahumma ij'alni minat-tawwabina waj'alni minal-mutatahhirin
TRANSLATION
O Allah make me of those who repent and make me of those who purify themselves

This dua from Surah Al-Baqarah is specifically recommended after wudu. It asks for two of the greatest qualities a believer can have: constant repentance and constant purity of body and soul.
