بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ فَإِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي فَارْحَمْهَا وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا
Bismika rabbi wada'tu janbi wa bika arfa'uhu fa-in amsakta nafsi farhamha wa in arsaltaha fahfazha
In Your name my Lord I lay down my side and by You I raise it up if You take my soul then have mercy on it and if You release it then protect it

This is the Prophet's own sleep dua. Lay your right side down recite it and surrender your soul to Allah. Whether He returns it in the morning or takes it forever you have placed it in the safest possible keeping.
