A'udhu billahis-sami'il-'alim minash-shaytanir-rajim
I seek refuge in Allah the All-Hearing the All-Knowing from the accursed devil

Recite this three times in the morning followed by the last three verses of Surah Al-Hashr. The Prophet said whoever does this Allah assigns seventy thousand angels to pray for them all day.
