الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي مِمَّا ابْتَلَاهُ
Alhamdulillahil-ladhi 'afani mimma ibtalahu

All praise is for Allah who saved me from what He tested others with

When you know someone envies you recite this dua quietly — not to gloat but in genuine gratitude that Allah protected you from the disease of envy that afflicts them. Their envy is their trial not yours.
