اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
Allahumma rabban-nasi ishfi antash-shafi la shifa'a illa shifa'uka shifa'an la yughadiru saqama
O Allah Lord of mankind heal truly You are the Healer there is no healing except Your healing a healing that leaves no trace of illness

Whether the cause is evil eye magic or illness this is the ultimate healing dua. Allah is Ash-Shafi and He heals completely leaving no trace. Recite it seven times over the affected area with full conviction.
