اللَّهُمَّ هَذَا بَيْتُكَ وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَابْنُ عَبْدِكَ
Allahumma hadha baytuka wa ana 'abduka wabnu 'abdik
O Allah this is Your House and I am Your servant and the son of Your servant

Al-Multazam is the area between the Black Stone and the door of the Kaaba. Pressing your chest against it and making dua is from the Sunnah. Ask anything here for it is one of the places where duas are answered.
