اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالتُّقَى وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَى
Allahumma inni as'alukal-huda wat-tuqa wal-'afafa wal-ghina
TRANSLATION
O Allah I ask You for guidance piety chastity and self-sufficiency

The Prophet described this as the most comprehensive of duas. In your Tahajjud ask for these four qualities that together represent the complete Muslim: guided in faith protected from sin dignified in character and free of need of others.
