رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِمَنْ دَخَلَ بَيْتِيَ مُؤْمِنًا
Rabbi ighfir li wa liwaliday wa liman dakhala bayti mu'mina
TRANSLATION
My Lord forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house as a believer

This was the dua of Prophet Nuh for his parents. Recite it abundantly for your deceased parents as the Prophet said the best thing a child can give their parents after death is a righteous child who prays for them.
