اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُمَا وَأَنْزِلْهُمَا مَنَازِلَ الصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ
Allahumma irhamhuma wa anzilhuma manazilash-shiddiqina wash-shuhada'
TRANSLATION
O Allah have mercy on them and place them in the ranks of the truthful ones and the martyrs

Ask Allah for the highest ranks for your parents. The dua of a righteous child is one of the few deeds that continues to benefit a person after death. Your prayers are your greatest ongoing gift to them.
