سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ
Subhanal-ladhi yursilur-riaha bushran bayna yaday rahmatihi
TRANSLATION
Glory be to He who sends the winds as good news before His mercy
