اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul-'afwa fa'fu 'anni
TRANSLATION
O Allah You are forgiving and You love forgiveness so forgive me

Before you can reconcile with others you must first receive Allah's forgiveness and extend it to yourself. Recite this dua to soften your own heart and open it to the possibility of forgiving those who have wronged you.
