اللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْهُ فِي مُصِيبَتِهِ وَاخْلُفْ لَهُ خَيْرًا مِنْهَا
Allahumma ajirhu fi musibatihi wakhluf lahu khayran minha
TRANSLATION
O Allah reward him in his calamity and replace it for him with something better

Recite this dua for the sick person asking Allah to turn their suffering into reward and eventually replace the illness with something better. Every moment of patient suffering becomes a source of purification.
